Terms and Conditions 1. Ownership and User Agreement This website and every associated domain is owned by T&T Epilation and Beauty. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Assumptions The use of the word "we", "us", "our", "T&T Epilation and Beauty" or any other variations refers to T&T Epilation and Beauty, its partnership companies, owners and any associated website service. SPAM Policy T&T Epilation and Beauty is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate the services, without prior notice, of any customer disregarding this policy. Sending unsolicited commercial e-mail (a.k.a. "spam"), cross-posting messages to a large number of usenet groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to a T&T Epilation and Beauty e-mail address or web site URL is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to $500.00 US dollars per incident and threaten potential legal action. 21. Jurisdiction and Governing Law If not actually the case, the contract under which you use this website shall be deemed to have been made in England and the construction, validity and performance of these terms and conditions of use shall be governed in all respects by English law and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute between you and T&T Epilation and Beauty concerning your use of this website. 24.
